USING REDZEBRA MOBILE
Make sure your phone is enabled for Multimedia, this service is enabled by your service provider.

Image Delivery
There are 3 ways to send your images into you gallery from your :

1. Via your camera-phone using MMS.
2. Via your camera-phone using e-mail.
3. Via upload from your computer.

To send pictures from your mobile phone, take a picture, choose the option "send via multimedia" on your phone, type in your secure RedZebra Mobile e-mail address ( i.e nigel@redzebramobile.com) and send.To send pictures from your mobile phone, take a picture, choose the option to send via multimedia on your phone, type in your secure RedZebra Mobile e-mail address (i.e. nigel@redzebramobile.com) and send. Please note that the email address is case-sensitive. Remember to store the address in your contacts on your phone, for future use

If using e-mail to send an image, insert your e-mail address ( i.e nigel@redzebramobile.com) and send via e-mail. Your phone will need to be configured for e-mail.

Occasionally when a user sends in an image for the first time it is blocked, this is a minor compatibility problem between RedZebra Mobile and the users Network Service Provider.

Our system notifies us of the problem and we make the program change. We will inform you that the program change has been made.

After you have logged in to your gallery, the screen will display:

Button Functions
The first things you will notice are:
  • On the top of the page you will see some tab/buttons. The Policies, FAQ , Contact and Support are their for your convenience.
  • You will see a tab called show toolbar which we will ignore for the moment.
  • On the left you will see your pictures as small thumbnail pictures and on the right a larger view of the highlighted picture. To change the picture simply click on the thumbnail picture
  • Under each thumbnail you will see the sender's name , date and time.

Image Information
  • You will now see the sender's, phone number and time and date.
  • You can also scroll through your photos by clicking on the arrows on the left and right of the picture.
  • Under your picture you can enter a brief picture title and when you have finished save. You can change the title by simply entering a new one and saving.


Image Icons
Place your mouse on the icon, it will tell you what it does.
  • The first two icons turn you picture left and right.
  • The next two buttons turn the picture upside down and reverse
  • the picture which gives it a mirror image.
  • The dustbin is for deleting the picture.
  • The magnifying glass is for enlarging the picture.
  • The printer icon, print a hard copy.
  • The 'i' icon displays comment history


The gallery button

Returns you from the GPS & Image page to the gallery if you have left.

Your profile
  • This shows you all your relevant information and you can change and add onto your profile.

  • It also gives you three options you can use if you are using GPS pictures and how you want the information displayed.
