Simply click on the show toolbar button and open

  • You can now click and drag on the tool bar to take it to the top of the page so that it is not in the way.
  • We will now go through the various functions in the tool box

Manual Refresh
This will check for new images, displaying any new images that have arrived since the gallery page was opened.

Auto refresh
This enables you to set an auto search which checks every 30 seconds for new images. Once set, it will auto refresh your page, which takes a few seconds. To stop simply set to 'off'.

Share gallery
When this is selected, it enables you to share your galleries with other users. Choose the setting that suits you.

File upload
An important feature that enables you to download pictures
from your desktop to your RedZebra Mobile gallery.
  • To enable, press upload.
  • The upload page will display on the left hand side all your computer folders. Open the folder you want. Select the images you want to upload, the images will then display on the right.
  • You are limited to 15 MB per upload. An individual image should not be bigger than 5 megs.
  • To select simply click and drag to where it says drop files here.
  • When you are ready, press upload.
  • When the upload is complete, press upload again.
  • A page will now appear with your images and the option to put a description with each one or delete.
  • Upload again and the pictures will appear in the gallery you have chosen.

Select all and deselect all images
Simply used for selecting all for the copy, move or delete features.

Copy image to new gallery
  • To select one image, simply press control, choose the image and press enter.
  • To choose multiple images, press shift and enter.
  • Once you have highlighted images, press copy.
  • Choose a gallery where you want the images to be copied to and press copy.
  • The image/s is now copied to another gallery and a prompt will come up telling you this has been completed.

Move image to new gallery
The Move function follows the same procedure as the copy function.

Delete image
Simply highlight and delete, and the picture is removed from the gallery.

Sort image
This enables you to sort your images by how recently they were received in your gallery, i.e. ascending or descending order.

Filter image
This enables you to choose what pictures can be seen in your gallery and is self explanatory.

Search for an image or images
This is a very useful feature for when you have a lot of images in your gallery and you need to find one.
1. You can choose to search by, individual criteria or any combination of criteria.
a. Mobile/cell phone number b. date
c. comment
d. description
e. postal code
2. Choose which you want and press save/enter.
3. The engine will now find your images
4. Simply press clear search to stop.
