MATRIX GALLERY
We have already covered a large part of the training as certain things will be the same in the matrix and open gallery views, though with key differences which we will cover.

To go to the matrix gallery simply select matrix view in the toolbox

Matrix toolbar
There are two key differences between the Standard and the Matrix gallery views
1. Press change view. You can now set how many pictures you want to view per page. Simply set and save.
2. Another key difference is that you can now change the status of more than one picture from your toolbar. Simply highlight the photos you want to change via the shift+enter/control+enter mode. Then press change status and choose and save
3. All the other functions in the toolbar are exactly the same as the standard toolbar.
These are the viewing differences between the Standard and Matrix gallery views.
  • In the standard gallery we have 12 thumbnail images per page.
  • The more images in the gallery the more pages we have in the matrix view. Initial viewing shows only thumbnail images, but you get to choose how many pictures per page: 6, 12, 24, 48, 60 or all.
  • You therefore require fewer pages and this enables you to quickly scan for the image you want
  • When you have found the image you want, simply click on it and it will load the viewing info.
  • The name, date, and time info will be the same, as will all the information and movement icons.
  • You can now copy and move the picture to another gallery by simply using the same copy move procedure as with the standard gallery.
  • In the matrix enlarged image view info box, your last comment entered is always visible, unlike the standard which you have to open.
  • To enter another comment simply press 'read comment' and follow the same procedure as in the standard gallery and then close.
  • Another key feature is that you can control how you want your images viewed in your gallery and this will also affect what can be seen in your open gallery.

Differences
Image Approval
  • Click on the change status button.
  • You can choose between; rejection , pending , approved.
  • When you close the info/view box your selection will now have a coloured border around it.
  • A green border is for approved and will be displayed in the gallery www.redzebramobile.com/yourname
  • A orange border is for pending.
  • A red border is for rejection.
